Title: Self-Care, 2022.
(Student brief; Dimensions: 14.8x21 cm (A5), saddle stitch booklet/zine.) This 24-page zine explores self-care through intimate, hand-drawn illustrations of lived experiences. Set during the COVID-19 pandemic, it captures the emotional weight of lockdowns and my tumultuous first year at university. Designed to mimic a personal journal, the zine mirrors the uncertainty and introspection of that time — inviting readers to reflect on their own journeys through isolation and adaptation.
