Title: Shift Work, 2025.

(Context: Recruitment task for HWU) Developed in response to a Healthcare Workers Union brief, this project creates a visual intervention for a social media campaign examining the realities of hospital labour. The resulting 9-panel sequential narrative utilises an EKG motif as its central structural element. This line serves not merely as a graphical border, but as a visual metaphor representing the worker's 'internal timeline,' externalising the invisible physiological toll of the job.

By prioritising typography as a primary semiotic device, the work renders the chaotic, high-pressure atmosphere of a standard shift tangible, transforming anecdotal evidence from nursing professionals into a critical visual essay.
